Mikaella Gabrielle A. Esquejo, a BS in Forestry (BSF) graduate emerged as the 10th examinee with the highest rating in the Foresters Licensure Examination (FLE) held on October 2023. She scored 89.85% in the said exam. 

Benguet State University has successfully passed the Surveillance Audit for the ISO 90001:2015 Certification conducted by the TUV Rheinland on October 24, 2023. This retains BSU’s certification.

The third State of the University Address (SOUA) of Dr. Felipe Salaing Comila was held after the flag-raising ceremony spearheaded by the College of Teacher Education – Elementary Laboratory School on November 28, 2023, in front of the Administration building. It highlighted the University’s accomplishments this year from the different BSU sectors.

Benguet State University’s Institute of Social Research and Development (ISRD) and the College of Arts and Humanities (CAH) in partnership with the university’s Gender and Development (GAD) Office conducted the 5th webinar of Think Talk: Language, Literature, Arts and Communication Series with the theme "Highlighting Indigenous Languages and Literature Research and the Teaching of Regional Literature in the 21st Century," on November 17, 2023.
