Benguet State University (BSU) and Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) formalized their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 16, 2025, at the BSU-Office of the President.
The agreement, signed by BSU President Kenneth A. Laruan and TAU President Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, establishes a partnership focused on academics, research, and other collaborative initiatives. This collaboration aims to foster and develop a mutually beneficial relationship between the two institutions.
The collaboration will focus on faculty and student exchange; immersion and internships; curriculum mapping and development; capacity-building; research and publications; benchmarking and sharing of best practices; cooperative projects on internationalization, sustainable development goals, educational tourism, language, culture, and arts; and other initiatives.
The MOU signing was witnessed by BSU’s VP for Academic Affairs Janet P. Pablo and personnel from TAU.//EBawayan
