The Benguet State University – Faculty Club, Inc. (BSUFCI), visited Cavite State University, the Bulacan State University, and the Tarlac State University to learn from their best practices and experiences on promoting personnel welfare, selected academic, research and extension matters.
During the visit, the seven-member BSUFCI delegation engaged in comprehensive discussions on key areas with their counterparts namely CvSU Federated Faculty Association Inc., headed by Pres. Zannie I. Gamuyao, BulSU Faculty Union led by Pres. Bonifacio D. Esguerra Jr., and TSU Federated Faculty Union led by Pres. Winifredo L. Luis.
Through this initiative, the adoption and contextualization of best practices, policies, programs and services within the BSU are aimed at. The activity underscores BSUFCI’s commitment to responsive leadership, collaborative engagement, and the promotion of a supportive and empowering environment.
