The Budget Office is responsible for ensuring the prudent management, efficient allocation, and transparent utilization of University funds. It exercises oversight in the monitoring and control of financial resources to ensure that all expenditures are consistent with approved budgets, institutional policies, and available funding. The Office also serves as the Secretariat to the Budget Committee, providing technical and administrative support, including the preparation of documentation and coordination of budget deliberations to facilitate sound and informed decision-making.
