Personnel from the University of Southeastern Philippines – Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement Program (USeP RAISE) led by project leader Nash N. Reginio visited BSU’s Agri-based Technology Business Incubator/Innovation Center (BSU-ATBI/IC) and Business Affairs Office to learn and share best practices on February 5, 2026.

ATBI/IC Director Ruth C. Diego welcomed the visitors, stating that BSU is open to new ideas. “We like to share what we learn and learn what you know. This is not a one-man island—we need to work with everybody,” she said.

Diego, with Intellectual Property Management Office Director Cynthia D. Garambas, and project leaders Dr. Karen B. Gaerian and Russel B. Dolendo engaged in a productive discussion with the USeP RAISE visitors.

After their ATBI/IC visit, the USeP RAISE team was welcomed by BSU VP for Business Affairs Josel M. Florentin at the University Business Affairs Office. Another productive discussion about IGPs happened, followed by a tour of the Food Processing Center, RSDC Canteen, Garments, Marketing Center, and BSU Coffee Shop. This was facilitated by Business Affairs Director Rashid B. Lokines.//EBawang
