Quality Management Systems Lead Anne Jarem D. Aguilar, of the College of Integrated Information and Technology (CIIT) – College of Arts and Technology, conducted an online benchmarking and knowledge-sharing session with Benguet State University Office of Quality Assurance and Accreditation (OQAA). Aguilar and her companions discussed best practices in quality assurance and operational excellence with the OQAA staff led by Director Joanna I. Alafag.
