The BSU Strives for Wellness program is based on the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular (CSC MC) No. 08, s. 2011 and Proclamation No. 528 also known as “The Great Filipino Workout” program. The program allocates one hour each week and 20 minutes daily for the conduct of fitness or wellness programs and also encourages the inclusion of physical exercises in seminars, training programs, and similar occasions.
“A healthier BSU is a happier BSU and a happier BSU is a more productive BSU,” Kinnud said encouraging BSU constituents to participate in the program which supports the Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.
