Three personnel from Bicol University (BU) visited Benguet State University (BSU) for a benchmarking activity. The visit, held on October 24, 2025,  aimed to learn practices and explore collaborations in agriculture, research, and graduate education.

The BU personnel included BU Guinobatan Dean Roscefe B. Dy, Associate Dean Maureen M. Maceres, and BU Planning and Development Office Director Alwin Joseph M. Maceres. The group met with the BSU-College of Agriculture faculty members led by Dean Constantino S. Sudaypan.

A discussion was held covering the practices in agricultural research, technology development, and academic program management. The visit also served as the venue for both institutions to exchange practices in the field of agriculture. BSU accommodates benchmarking activities and field trips from schools, Local Government Units, National Line Agencies, and Non-Government Organizations with the intent to promote collaboration in various areas that may lead to multi-stakeholder partnerships in support of #SDG17.//BTayaban
