More than 100 students from Bicol University Institute of Physical Education, Sports, and Recreation (BU IPESR) visited the Benguet State University – College of Human Kinetics (BSU-CHK) to fulfill their curriculum requirement on December 5, 2024.

The visitors are third-year Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science (BSESS) Β and fourth-year Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) students.

CHK Dean Marlon S. Tabdi along with the CHK faculty members welcomed the group. In his message, Tabdi thanked the visitors for choosing BSU as part of their academic exposure.

This was followed by a brief presentation on the curriculum and best practices of the different CHK programs and a demonstration of the various styles of Wai Kru or artistic Muay Thai and Fitness Boxing. The students were then divided into two groups for some Muay Thai and boxing exercises.

The visitors also paid a courtesy call to BSU President Kenneth Alip Laruan.//BTayaban
