The Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) and Benguet State University (BSU) formalized their partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony held on October 16, 2025, at the CCDC campus. Representatives from both institutions expressed optimism and enthusiasm for this collaboration, recognizing it as a significant step toward strengthening teacher education in the region.

With this agreement, the CCDC Graduate School and College of Teacher Education (GS and CTE) and the BSU College of Teacher Education (CTE) have set a strong academic cooperation in the Cordillera. Even at the early stage of the partnership, both parties have already begun discussions on joint professional development initiatives and exchange of instructional materials. These plans align with their shared goal of advancing teacher preparation and capacity building across institutions.
