With the theme “Together4Teachers: Celebrating the Heart of Education,” the College of Teacher Education Student Government (CTE-SG) held a culminating program for the National Teachers’ Month on October 15, 2025.
CTE – SG Vice Governor Jessica G. Torcuato expressed her gratitude towards the faculty and staff of the college for being one of the people that are continuously guiding the students to the right path of education.
”Ngayong araw, hindi lamang natin sila binabati kundi nais rin nating ipadama kung gaano sila kahalaga sa ating buhay. Maraming salamat po sa walang sawang pagtuturo, paggabay, at pag-unawa sa amin. Kaya ngayong araw, hayaan ninyo kaming pasayahin kayo at alalahanin upang kayo ay mapangiti.” Torcuato said.
After Tarcuato’s message, the Benguet State University (BSU) Rondalla performed an intermission followed by the presentation of tributes from the different student organizations to the CTE faculty and staff.
Next, CTE – SG Governor Frederick A. Cachero shared a heartfelt message of gratitude towards the CTE faculty and staff. Cachero expressed how fortunate he and the students are for having secondary parents who care for their students.
This was followed by a response given by CTE Dean Divina M. Yango.
Yango thanked the CTE – SG and the other students involved in preparing the activity that appreciated the faculty and staff of the college.
”We would like to thank you all for appreciating the hard work and dedication invested by the faculty and the support staff. Your gestures inspired us and we believe that you received more inspiration so we hope to see you finishing your studies well. We would want to see you receiving your diplomas,” Yango said.
After Yango’s message, small gifts from the CTE SG were given to the faculty as gestures of gratitude.
Finally, CTE SG Student Consultant Bermarth T. Pacio closed the activity reiterating how grateful the students are towards the faculty and staff of the college.//EBawang
