Please be informed that no property of Benguet State University (BSU) is for sale. Furthermore, no individual, group, or entity is authorized to offer, negotiate, or sell any land or property owned by BSU.

Any claims or offers suggesting otherwise are unauthorized and not sanctioned by the University. The public is strongly advised to exercise caution and verify all information directly with the University’s authorized offices before engaging in any transactions.
