Benguet State University concluded the “Naila Mi Naadal Mi: Showcasing Women’s Creativity, Leadership, and Contributions to Community” photo essay competition at the Gender and Development (GAD) office lobby.

The activity, held from March 23 to April 13, 2026, was part of the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration. It was organized by Gigy G. Banes of the College of Social Sciences, Dame Estravilla-Estigoy of the College of Arts and Humanities, and the GAD office.

GAD Director Jude L. Tayaben delivered the welcome remarks while Banes presented the activity’s rationale. The photo exhibit aimed to showcase women’s creativity, roles in leadership, and community engagement. Each entry honored women leaders, weavers, and traditional artisans.
