A delegation from the University of Antique (UA) visited Benguet State University for a benchmarking activity on October 16, 2025. The visit, led by UA’s Business Operations Unit Director Marie Ann J. Raymaro, aimed to observe and learn from BSU’s operation of its Income Generating Projects.

The visitors toured the University Canteen, Food Processing Center (FPC), Bakery, Garments, and Marketing Center. A discussion was also held at the Strawberry Hall with FPC Manager Johnabel T. Basatan and Garments Manager Jeftee Ben B. Pinos-an. The discussion focused on the sharing of practices on procurement procedures and product mark-up strategies. BSU accommodates benchmarking activities and field trips from schools, Local Government Units, National Line Agencies, and Non-Government Organizations with the intent to promote collaboration in various areas that may lead to multi-stakeholder partnerships in support of #SDG17.//BTayaban DPaydowan
