GOALS
- Advance relevant instruction in nutrition and food sciences, hospitality and tourism management, and technopreneurship to enhance employability and contribute to economic growth.
- Generate applied, pioneering research in food innovation, sustainable hospitality and tourism, nutrition-sensitive interventions, and entrepreneurial models addressing regional vulnerabilities and cultural contexts.
- Implement proactive extension programs that advance the improvement of human ecology through nutrition and public health initiatives, food quality and safety management, livelihood development, and sustainable hospitality and tourism practices to empower communities and enhance enterprise growth.
- Expand collaborations to strengthen instruction, research, and extension programs and stakeholders engagement to support student development career placement, and resource mobilization.
