Awards garnered by BSU students in various competitions were presented to BSU constituents on April 7, 2025 after the regular Flag Raising Ceremony infront of the BSU Administration Building.
Mountain Collegian adviser Karen O. Laking who presented the awards won by Mt. Collegian in the 20th Luzonwide Higher Education Press Conference 2025. The event was participated by 1,074 delegates and 151 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) of Luzon and Region 7 on April 2-4, 2025, at Batis Aramin, Lucban, Quezon Province.

Likewise, Secondary Laboratory School (SLS) faculty member Patricia Mae B. Munar presented the award claimed by their students who participated in the 2025 Regional Schools Press Conference. The conference was hosted by Mt. Province State University on March 30 – April 2, 2025 with the theme βSkills for all: Inclusive Education for a Globally Competitive Bagong Pilipinasβ. The students are Jezyl Mae C. Cambato, Cindy T. Compala, Yvonah Faith T. Delacruz, Liana Pauline S. Guerrero, and Desiree F. Tica-a, who clinched 3rd Place for Online Publishing, Filipino Category.
More students from SLS bagged awards in the Benguet Division Technolympics held at Gusaran National High School of Kabayan, Benguet on March 12-14, 2025. SLS faculty member Johnry Semin announced that BSU-Secondary Laboratory School ranked 7th place in the overall championship of the event.
