BSU delegates joined the solidarity meeting and welcome program, also called "panaglabbet," which means welcome in the local language, for the CARASUC Meet 2024 in Luna, Apayao, along with the other members of the Cordillera Administrative Region Association of State Universities and Colleges (CARASUC) last April 29, 2024. 

The meeting established unity and agreement among all the delegates. This was attended by Apayao LGU officials, led by Luna Municipal Mayor, Hon. Josephine M. Bangsil; Apayao State College President John N. Cabansag; Pudtol and Apayao Municipal Mayor, Hon. Hector Reuel D. Pascua; and Apayao Vice Governor Hon. remy N. Albano.
