After the singing of the Pambansang Awit and Panunumpa sa Watawat, Benguet State University (BSU) Faculty Club Incorporated (FCI) President Darwin Basquial shared good news regarding the implementation of promotions for faculty members. Basquial also assured that the FCI is planning activities for the betterment of the University in general.

Members of the Benguet United Therapist Organization for the Visually Impaired also brightened the morning and touched the hearts of BSU employees as they sang Christmas carols.
Afterwards, University President Felipe Salaing Comila administered the oath-taking of the newly promoted employees in recognition of their excellence and contribution to the university’s commitment to providing quality service.

In his speech, President Comila implied the importance of having a victorious mindset as it enhances one's ability to grow. He reminded everyone to focus on their goals, and their efforts will be blessed.
