To glean some of the unviersity's best practices on student information and accounting systems, delegates from Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) visited for a benchmarking activity on March 26, 2024. 

With this, Office of the University Registrar (OUR) OIC Director Bernadette C. Bagto along with Bernadette M. Bao-idang and Daisy Del Rosario shared their processes on enrollment, management of students' records, and utilized technologies among others. 

A brief tour of the diferent offices concerned followed after the discussion. This includes a visit to the OUR, the Cashiering Office where they were shown the use of the Student Information and Accounting System (SIAS), and the Office of Student Services (OSS) where they were met by the OSS Vocational and Placement Unit (VPU) Head Ramon C.
