A team of six representatives from the University of the Philippines Baguio visited Benguet State University for a Human Resource Management-related benchmarking activity.

This is in line with UP Baguio’s objective to elevate its HR processes and overall performance. With this, Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) Supervising Administrative Officer Dr. Raymundo Pawid Jr., along with the staff of the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) gave some lectures on the said matter at the Rogelio Dulay Colting Sr. (RDC) Hall.

Answering queries and sharing other best practices and other relevant information emerged after the discussion. This was followed by a brief tour at the two concerned offices to further understand and observe the various office processes.
