Dr. Timothy Dornemann, Director of Sports Performance and Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Barton College, USA facilitated a workshop in the University to equip teacher-coaches. This activity was initiated by Benguet State University-Institute of Human Kinetics who conducted the International Performance Sciences Athletic Development Series 2019 held on October 18-20 at the University gym. More than 80 participants from Schools Division of Benguet and BSU underwent the exhausting three-day workshop on warming up ,speed and agility.
