Five personnel from the University of Rizal System (URS) Planning Unit visited Benguet State University (BSU) for a comparative analysis and to explore possible collaboration on August 28, 2024. The group aimed to understand BSU’s performance, identify areas of strength, establish targets for key performance indicators, and adopt effective best practices and innovative strategies.

The URS group, led by their Planning Unit Head, Rennie Mae SG. De Lemon met with the BSU Planning Unit representative Thea Mae Amaki. During the meeting, they shared insights, best practices, and discussed common challenges.  In addition, questions were asked regarding office functions, budgets, core responsibilities, performance management systems, and strategic plans.//BTayaban
