47 kids vow to save frogs; BSU-MC holds STF III

“I pledge to save the frogs, the environment, and the world.”

Forty-seven children from all over the Cordillera Administrative Region took their oath during the Save the Frogs: III Literary and Arts Workshop of The Mountain Collegian (MC), BSU’s official student publication. This is in tandem with the “Save the Frogs” international movement in its celebration of the 6th Save the worldwide Frogs Day on April 26.

CESO Volunteer shares more ways to gain income from beekeeping

Aside from liquid honey, beekeepers can also derive bee’s wax candle, propolis (a natural antibiotic), honey comb, soap, honey beer and wine from their hives. Other than products, beekeepers can also rent their beehives to farmers for pollination.

This was enumerated by Peter John Keating, a volunteer of the Canadian Executive Services Organization or CESO.
