The BSU Gender and Development (GAD) Unit in partnership with the Institute of Social Research and Development organized a gender research forum on December 16, 2013 at the CTE-Function Hall.
The forum aimed to strengthen the capability of BSU faculty and staff in research as well as to encourage employees to be gender sensitive and competent in the practice of their respective functions.

Institute of Human Kinetics (IHK) head, Dr. Eduardo Laconsay’s poster titled, “Physical and Environmental Dimensions of Wellness of Benguet State University employees” was recognized as the best poster during the recently concluded BIMP-EAGA (Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East-ASEAN Growth Area) Conference 2013. The conference was held at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan on December 16-17, 2013.
