BSU studes stand out in Cordillera got Talent 2017

Benguet State University scholars of the Expanded Students’ Grants-in-Aid Program for Poverty Alleviation (ESGP-PA) was adjudged champion in the group category while first runner-up in the individual category in Season two of the Cordillera Got Talent. It was held on July 27, 2017 at the Hotel Supreme, Baguio City. The activity was in line to this year’s 30th celebration of the Cordillera with the theme, “CAR@30: A Celebration of Unity”.

BSU’s Nutrionist- Dietitians surpass National Passing Rate in 2017 Licensure Exam

Benguet State University listed an 84. 21% passing rate in the recent Nutrition-Dietitian Board Examination (NDBE) held on August 20 and 21 2017. This is higher than the national passing rate of 71. 26 %.

There were 31 out of 33 first timers and one of five repeaters who passed the examination.

Three BSU graduates to represent CAR to the search for Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines

 

John Oliver E. De Vera (BSDC), Mark Neil B. Pageet (BSE) and Zion Jemillinium S. Tam-awen (BSAE) were among the ten outstanding students of CAR selected to represent the region in the National Level. The three were recognized during the Awarding Program held at the Hotel Supreme on July 31, 2017.
